Are you planning to re decorate your home? Then I suggest you use a lot of flowers to make your home look more pleasant, fresh and vibrant. Most of us have gardens at home and sometimes we do not know what to do with them. There are times that we just leave them wilting in our back yards which is a great waste because we could do a lot of stuff in redecorating our homes and offices. All we need are great <a href="http://floral-supplies.co.uk/"class="ld_link" target=" " title="floral supplies" >floral supplies so we can start redecorating our home.

1. If you have a wide garden full of flowers, the first thing that you need is to buy a lot of floral foams. These are great in flower arrangements because it prevents your flower arrangements w from wilting. You just have to submerge the floral foam into a basin of water and you can now start putting flowers on it and have wonderful floral arrangements at home.

2. We have to admit that having floral arrangements at home add beauty and comfort to our families when we have a wide range of floral supplies. It also gives us a sense of calmness and it always reminds us of nature. Another thing that you might want to consider in preparing floral arrangements is floral wires. They help you tie flowers and they also blend in. When making a bouquet, you can look for floral wires which match the color of your bouquet so it looks like that you did not use a wire at all.

3. Ribbons are also great additions especially in making bouquets. They add a little twist in your arrangements which are perfect for weddings. The ribbon can even match the motif of your wedding. The more colorful the ribbons are the better looking your floral arrangement becomes.

4. Baskets are also part of the supplies that you might want to use in making floral arrangements. There are a lot of baskets available and you can choose from different colors, design and materials used. They are also perfect containers for a floral arrangement.

5. Aside from using baskets, vases are a classic floral arrangement container. They come in different sizes, color and materials used as well. Some are even designed with precious jewels and crystals which add beauty and elegance to a simple floral arrangement.

6. Buckets can also be used in creating a masterpiece floral arrangement. They are cheaper compared to a vase and they are also a great alternative.

When making your floral arrangement, you have to make sure that you have any of these floral supplies so you would be able to create the most wonderful floral arrangement. You do not even have to be a florist to make one. Just have the supplies and you will definitely have great looking floral arrangements.

PSelect flowers when they are in bud or half open. The color of the petals should be starting to show. Do not purchase buds that are too tight. They may never bloom such as Irises, Tulips, Daffodils and Roses. The bottom three florets for Gladioli should be opened and the top ones are in bud. The kelix for a Carnation should be firm and tight. The kelix is the green part beneath that keeps the flower intact./PPYour container or vase must be clean and in proportion to the amount of flowers you are using in your arrangement. The leaves under the water level in your container or vase must be removed. If not, the leaves will rot and your flower life will be shortened./PPAlways give your flowers a fresh angle cut with a clean heavy duty paring knife prior to arranging. This will enable the flower to absorb water properly in the stem./PPEven though your flowers are fresh, add flower preservatives to your water in your container or vase. Remember to change the water and flower preservatives every two or three days or when the water is not clear./PPSpray your finished arrangement over the sink or outside with clear water to provide some humidity for your arrangement./PPHeat will wilt your arrangement. Excessive heat either natural from the sun light or artificial from the heater will dehydrate the flowers. A cool environment will make your flowers last longer./PPEnjoy your creation. Thanks./PP- Patty/P

My boyfriend and i have been dating for 6 months now, and he’s told me he’s a sucker for flowers. So, for Valentines Day, i bought him a single sunflower (his favorite), and the florist wrapped it up with some filler flowers/grass (nothing too frilly) and a ribbon. I know he’d love the flowers, but would it be a bad idea to take them to school? i’m not sure if that’d be awkward for him to carry them around all day or if it’d embarrass him in front of the guys (we’re sophomores). thoughts? thanks!

I need some hair advice-
I’ve been bleach/toning my hair for 10+ years and dyed it wine red (Cheryl Cole red) about a month ago. I’m desperate to get back to blonde. I can tell the colour is still coming out as the foam is still pink when I wash it, but the white blonde bits are already starting to come back a bit.

I’m going to do it at home, or at least the first few treatments to save some cash. (I know I should have the whole thing done at the salon, but I just can’t afford it) I’ve done a ton of research and am ready to go to the beauty supply store to get bleach, colour, toner, etc.

Can anyone recommend specific products or advice please?? Might be important to note that I’ve got extremely thick and resilient hair, bleaching it has never caused it much damage.

Cheers!!!!

Also. I’ll be recording the drums in a live room beside the mixing room. For the mixing room I’ve set up my desk and mixer as well as computer and monitoring system. I’ve got outputs to both headphone and speaker systems.

The live room is a typical bedroom. Drywall with acrylic(?) paint. It has a medium-length carpet. The room is a rectangle that is longer height-wise than length-wise the drums will be angled from the bottom left toward the center. The door to the room is in the top left of the room and on the left wall. There is a small area for the door to open making the room look almost like the state of Utah. We will be draping blankets to make it a flush rectangle.

THE REAL QUESTION HERE IS: With good clarity and precise acoustics what should I do to get the best quality in the DRUM recording?
I have come up with 2 solutions to solving the weird acoustics and I’d like to see what you think–also if you have any other ideas let me know!

SOLUTION A.) Draping (by nailing from the top) comforters, sheets, blankets, towels, etc. from the walls. We will cover ever wall entirely and with as many supplies as we can get. We have many difference thicknesses of blankets so there will be layering when needed (sheets, thin blankets, towels, etc.)
Covering the entire room to get a real ‘silence’ after someone stops talking, or less echo on a clap will be how I’ll test the acoustics initially.
Where the wall meets the rug we will built a slant (/) against the wall made of pillows, so instead of a right angle (__|) there will be two 45 degree angles ( _/|) to reduce sound.
but I fear treating the room TOO acoustically will give it the "dead" sound.
SOLUTION A2.) Covering the entire room in blankets and sound-absorbing items (as listed above) but sealing them to the wall (with nails) so they’re tight and can be filled with other blankets and absorbing items, making them more "pillow"-like instead of just a blanket nailed to a wall.

SOLUTION B.) Covering the room in blankets and other items but, instead of entirely, in patches (possibly even a checkerboard layout)
Still using the pillows to kill the 90degree angle.
SOLUTION B2.) Using the checkerboard blanket pattern, but nailing the blankets to the wall so they can be stuffed with other blankets or pillows. Giving them more of a "pillow" like shape.

So what does everyone think?
What would help get that clear tone.
Also, what would you guys recommend we do with the roof/carpet?
I read that placing a thin board under the kit will make it sound better (instead of carpet)
And that using blankets but suspending them from the roof about a foot to make an acoustic cloud will dampen the sound some.
I also know that squares are a very bad idea for recording (throws off acoustics?) so I’m willing to do some draping in the corners to make it more of an octagon (angled corners).

Please let me know what you think as soon as possible.
And thanks guys. This means a ton. As I’m tying to get top of the line quality on a budget (which I know I won’t exactly get without wooden rooms and acoustic foam)

P.S.
I have about a dozen egg cartons laying around empty. I can definitely use those if you have suggestions to placement.
